椎弓根钉杆系统结合腰椎后路椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床分析

目的观察椎弓根钉杆系统结合腰椎后路椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症疗效。方法对我院26例腰椎滑脱症患者采用椎弓根钉杆系统结合腰椎后路椎体间融合术进行治疗。结果手术时间45～120min，平均80min；术中出血量50—3000mL。无脑脊液漏、感染。无融合器沉降、移位、假关节形成、断钉及椎弓根螺钉松动等并发症。结论采用椎弓根钉杆系统结合腰椎后路椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症，操作简便，损伤小、出血少，术后即时稳定性好，能充分完成后路减压，融合率高，临床疗效满意，是治疗腰椎滑脱症比较理想的手术方式。

Pedicle Rcrew Rod System Combined Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion Treatment Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Clinical Analysis

Objective To investigate the combination of pedicle screw rod system, posterior lumbar interbody fusion efficacy of treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 26 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with pedicle screw rod systems Posterior lumbar interbody fusion for treatment.results The results of the operation time 45-120min,an average of 80min;bleeding volume of 50-3000mL.No cerebrospinal fluid leakage,infection.Cage-free settlement, displacement,the formation of false joints,broken nails and complications such as pedicle screw loosening.Conclusion The combination of pedicle screw rod system, posterior lumbar interbody fusion for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis,simple operation,injury,less bleeding,immediate postoperative stability, Fully complete posterior decompression,fusion rate,clinical effects of satisfaction with the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is a good way of sur=ery.
