| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保留灌肠和健康教育治疗急性细菌性痢疾的效果。方法将100例患者随机分成观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）,2组均给予常规治疗（合理选用抗生素,液体疗法及对症支持等治疗）;在此基础上,治疗组加用保留灌肠及健康教育。结果观察组治愈率96.00%,平均住院4.3d;对照组治愈率70.00%,平均住院6.2d。结论保留灌肠和健康教育安全、有效、简便、可行,可以提高治疗急性细菌性痢疾的疗效,缩短了住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of retention--enema and health guidance in treating acute bacterial dysentery. Methods100 Patients were randomly divided into two groups .One is experimental group（50 cases） and the other is control group. They were all given routine treatment（reasonable choice of antibiotics, fluid therapy, symptomatic treatment ect.）Besides, therapeutic group was given retention--enema and health guidance. Results The healing rate of experimental group is 96.00%, average hospital stay 4.3days. The healing rate of control group is 70.00%, average hospital stay 6.2days. Conclusion Retention--enema and health education are safe, effective, convenient and feasible. They can significantly improve the curative effect on acute bacterial dysentery and shorten the hospital stay. |
