西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床研究

目的探讨西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法将轮状病毒抗原检测阳性的414例婴幼儿随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组采用三氮唑核苷联合蒙脱石散治疗。结果治疗组、对照组的临床总有效率分别是95.77%、69.15%,二者比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论西咪替丁联合蒙脱石散是治疗轮状病毒肠炎的有效方法之一。

The Combined Use of Cimdetidine and Smectite Power on Infant Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To explore the curative effects of the combined use of cimetidine and smectite power on infant rotavirus enteritis. Methods 414 cases of human rotavirus antigen positive infants were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The former was treated with cimetidine and smectite power, while the latter was treated with ribavirin and smectite power. Results The total therapeutic rates of the treatment group and the contrast groups were 95.77% and 69.15% respectively （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined use of cimetidine and smectite power can produce good curative effects on rotavirus enteritis.
