老年精神病患者医院感染的对照研究及护理对策

目的研究医院老年精神病患者的医院感染发病情况,提供有效的干预和护理对策。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对582例老年精神病患者与986例非老年精神病患者发生的医院感染进行病例对照研究。结果老年精神病患者的医院感染发生率与非老年精神病患者比较差异有极显著性（P〈0.01）;二者在泌尿道和皮肤软组织感染部位分布差异有显著性（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论老年精神病患者的医院感染发生率较高,应根据其医院感染的特点,采取适当的干预和护理对策。

Case-Control Study And Nursing Strategy of Nosocom Ial Infections in Senior Patients with Psychiatry Disorders

Objective To investigate the situation of nosocomial infection in senior patients with psychiatry disorders, in order to explore the effective prevention and nursing strategy for nosocomial infection. Methods Case-control study were used to identify the nosecomial infectious of 582 senior patients and 986 not senior patients with psychiatry disorders retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of nosecomial infectious in study group and in control group were39.17% and 11.46%, respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）, while the incidence rate of nosecomial infectious in urinary tract and skin soft tissue in study group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion The senior patients with psychiatry disorders had higher incidence rate of nosocomial infectious. Thus, according to the main characteristic of nosocomial infection of them, nursing strategy should be taken to prevent and control nosocomial infection.
