摘    要:目的探讨新生儿窒息程度对心脏损害的影响及其临床治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2006年5月至2008年5月间98例新生儿窒息患者的临床资料,检测不同缺氧程度新生儿心肌酶水平的变化情况,并联合辅酶Q10治疗,观察治疗疗效。结果3纽患者在AST.CK,CK—MB、LDH.HBDH和cTnl方面,存在明显差异,窒息组心肌酶各实验室指标明显高于对照纽(K0.05或P〈0.01),随着窒息程度的加重,其损害越严重,重度窒息组各指标明显高于轻度窒息组(K0.05或K0.01);心肌损害与新生儿缺氧明显正相关(Jp〈o.01)。联合辅酶Q10治疗能提高治疗疗效(P〈0.05)。结论新生儿窒息缺氧可致新生儿心肌损害,给予辅酶Q1O辅助治疗能提高治疗疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac damage and apnoea neonatorum in neonatus and observe the therapeutic effects of coenzyme Q10 on the cardiac damage. Methods The clinical data of 98 apnoea neonatorum cases from may of 2006 to may of 2008 on the cardiac damage were analyzed by multiple linear regression related with apneea neonatorum.Results The level of the myo-enzyme in bleed increased significantly in apnoea group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)compared with control group and inhibited by coenzyme Q10 treatment(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The degree of cardiac damage is direct related with the degree of apneea (P〈0.01).Conclusions The results suggested that the myocardial damage may be induced by hypoxia after apnoea neonatorum in neonatus and the treatment of coenzyme Q10 with other drugs could reduce the level of myo-enzylae in blood and enhance therapeutic effects.
