拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎患者心理因素的影响分析

目的探讨拉米夫定在慢性乙型肝炎中年患者治疗中对患者心理方面的影响。方法将135例病人分为2组,治疗组使用拉米夫定治疗,对照组转氨酶异常时使用普通护肝药物,在治疗前后应用SCL-90自评量表进行评分比较。结果2组治疗前SCL-90评分比较无差异（P〉0．05）,治疗组治疗前后差异较明显（P〈0．01）,对照组治疗前后抑郁及躯体化分增高（P〈0．05）,偏执及精神病性因子分降低（P〈0．05）,其余无差异（P〉0．05）,2组治疗后相比均有差异（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。2组治疗时HBVDNA及复发情况的比较,治疗组改善更为明显,2组治疗后比较有差异（P〈0．01）。结论拉末夫定能有效提高中年乙型肝炎患者的心理健康水平,为核苷类抗病毒药物疗效提供了更多依据。

The Analyses of the Influence of an Antiviral Treatment on the Psychological Factor of the Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective To explore the influence of Lamivudine to the chronic hepatitis B patients on the psychological factor. Methods All patients（135）were divided into two groups. Lamivudine was using in the cure group, the Liver common drugs was using in control group when Transaminase was rising, then compared by the SCL-90 Self-Rating Scale Before and after treatment. Results The two groups before treatment scl-90 score exists no difference（P〉0.05）,In the treatment group the obvious difference was found before and after treatment（P〈0.01）,the depression and somatization symptom points rised in the control group before and after the treatment（P〈0.05）,Psychotic and paranoid factor reduced（P〈0.05）,with the remaining no differences（P〉0.05）,the difference was found between two groups after treatment. It was found that the obvious improvement in the treatment group when comparing HBVDNA and the recurrence. The same condition happened between two groups after treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Lamivudine can effectively improve psychological condition of the middle-aged patients with hepatitis B. then providing more basis for Nucleoside antiviral effects.
