家庭护理干预对农村精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对农村精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法将100例农村精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对观察组患者按照自制的家庭护理干预方法实施干预，对照组不予以任何干预措施。分别于第6个月和第12个月后统计2组患者自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）、服药依从性调查表、健康教育知晓率、疾病复发率情况，结果作比较分析。结果观察组患者的自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）、服药依从性、健康教育知晓率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。疾病复发率明显低于对照组。结论家庭护理干预对农村精神分裂症患者的服药依从性有较积极的促进作用。

The Research of Family Nursing for Dosing Compliance of Country Schizophrenia

Objective To find the effect of home--nursing intervention on compliance of taking drugs in the patients of schizophrenia in the country. Methods 100 patients affected from schizophrenia in the country were devieded into two groups randomly, survey group and control group included 50 patients respectively. The home-nursing intervetion made by ourselves was put into effect in the survey group, however, no invervetion was carried out in the control group. The patients in two groups were assessed by Insight and Treat Attitude Questionnaires（ITAQ）, compliance of taking drugs, the ratio of health education and the ratio of recurrence in the 6 months and the 12 months respectively. The results were compared and analyzed. Results The results of ITAQ, compliance of taking drugs and the ratio of health education in the survey group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）, The ratio of recurrence in the survey group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The home-nursing intervetion can promote the compliance of taking drugs in the patients of schizophrenia in the country.
