| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清白介素-18与慢性心力表竭关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附检测法（ELISA）检测慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前后血清白介素-18的变化。结果随着心功能的改善，慢性心力衰竭患者血清白细胞介素-18水平也下降（P〈0．01）。结论白细胞介素-18可能参与心衰的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the level of serum IL-18 in the patient with chronic heart faillure to study clinical explore.Methods The levels of serum IL-18 in the patient with chronic heart faillure were measured by enzyme linked immune sandwith assay（ELISA）. The changes of the levels of serum IL-18 in the patient with chronic heart faillure before and after treatment were analysed. Results The result showed that the The levels of serum IL-18 in the patient with chronic heart faillure were lower than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion I L-18 may involve in the pathogenesis and development of heart failure. |
