| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非侵入性压力支持正压通气(NPPV)在救治急性心源性肺水肿中的应用。方法：对19例急性心源性肺水肿病人进行NPPV治疗。结果：成功救治17例(89．5％)，2例行气管内插管，无并发症。结论：NPPV是救治急性心源性肺水肿有效的方法，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the effect of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NPPV) in the treatment of Acute Cardiogenic Pulmonary Edema(ACPE) . Methods: 19 patients with ACPE were treated with NPPV. Results: 17 patients successfully received(89.5% ) , 2 patients were required endotracheal intubation(ETI). Conclusion: NPPV is an effective mothod in the treatment of patients with ACPE. |
