乳腺癌组织中VEGF和C-erbB-2的表达及意义

目的探讨乳腺癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及原癌基因C-erbB-2的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用快捷免疫组化MaxVisionTM法,对80例乳腺癌组织和20例乳腺良性病变组织中VEGF及C-erbB-2的表达进行检测。结果VEGF与C-erbB-2在乳腺癌的阳性表达率分别为62.50%和35.00%,高于在乳腺良性病变组织中的零表达(P均<0.01)。VEGF和C-erbB-2的阳性表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小和组织学分型无关(P>均0.05),而与腋窝淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05或0.01),VEGF还与临床分期有关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌中VEGF表达与C-erbB-2表达密切有关(χ2=12.97,P<0.01)。结论VEGF和C-erbB-2参与了乳腺癌的发生和发展过程,VEGF和C-erbB-2可作为临床上判定乳腺癌预后的指标。

The expressions and clinical significances of VEGF and C - erbB - 2 in breast cancer tissues

Objective To outline the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in breast cancer tissues and initial cancer gene C-erbB-2 as well as their relationship with clinical pathological characteristics.Methods A MaxVisionTM method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and C-erbB-2 in 80 patients with breast cancer and 20 specimen of breast benign lesion tissues.Results 62.50% patients were found with positive expression of VEGF and 35.00% patients with positive expression of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissues,in comparison to the benign lesion tissues(no positive expression was found),there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF and C-erbB-2 had no correlation with the breast cancer patients' age,tumor size and histological classification(P>0.05),and correlated positively with the lymph node metastasis(P<0.05 or 0.01),VEGF correlated positively with clinical stage(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF in breast cancer correlated positively with the expression of C-erbB-2(χ2=12.97,P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF and C-erbB-2 play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of breast cancer,VEGF and C-erbB-2 may be markers for clinically predicting the prognosis of breast cancer.
