摘    要:目的 通过实施"文件夹式考核"临床实践教学模式,提高护生的自主学习能力和应岗能力.方法 以学生为主体,学生自行确立问题、研究问题、解决问题,进行研究性学习,并将学习全过程的有关记录和证据整理成学习档案装入文件夹,之后提交老师,教师给予评价、考核.结果 采用"文件夹式考核"进行实践教学,护生的应岗能力、自主学习能力、思维能力、独立思考能力、沟通能力和综合运用能力均明显提高.结论 在护理专业实践教学中开展"文件夹式考核"进行实践教学是可行的、也是必要的.

Abstract:Objective Through implementing clinical teaching pattern, which was called" file-evaluation", to improve the student nurses'self-study ability and competence for job. Methods As a center, the students could find the problem and resolve them; on the other hand, they could carry out the researching studies, and record all associated informations into the files, then these files were sent to the teacher; Finally the teacher would make the evaluations. Results All of the students'comprehensive abilities, including competence for job, self-study ability, communication and application abilities as well as independent logical - thinking abilitiy had made great improvernent. Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to carry out" file -evaluation" clinical teaching pattern.
