| 摘 要： | 动物实验及临床研究均证明炎症反应参与了高氧肺损伤的过程,但炎症本身及其对高氧肺损伤的影响相当复杂.高氧肺损伤后,多种细胞因子表达及炎细胞浸润构成了高氧肺损伤向炎症性损伤转变的基础.

| Abstract: | Animal experiments and clinical studies both support the inflammatory response involved in the process of hyperoxia-induced lung injury,but the inflammation and its influence is fairly complicated. A variety of cytokines expression and inflammatory cells infiltration in hyperoxic lung injury form the basis of changes in inflammatory injury. |
