摘    要:在肺癌的发生发展过程中,常伴有PI3K/Akt信号通路的异常活化,过度激活后,可导致一系列反应,包括肿瘤牛长、血管生成、增殖和转移.本文拟就PI3K/Akt信号通路的组成与功能、调节、抗肿瘤细胞凋亡以及治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述,并就其通路的阻断作用在肺癌治疗中的应用作介绍,期待以PI3K/Akt信号通路中关键分子为靶点对肺癌治疗研究提供参考.

Abstract:In the development of lung cancer. PI3K/Akt signal pathway is often abnormally activated. Its excessive activation can lead to a series of reactions,including tumor growth,angiogenesis,proliferation and metastasis. This article reviews recent progress on the composition,function of PI3K/ Akt signal pathway,regulation,anti-tumor cell apoptosis and therapy,and the application of blocking PI3K/Akt pathway in the treatment of lung cancer,which provide reference for the treatment of lung cancer using key molecules of PI3K/Akt signal pathway as a target.
