| 摘 要： | Objective To investigate the effective nursing intervention on sudden deafness patients.Methods Sixty patients were divided into experiment group and control group,each with 30 cases.Relaxation training was exerted on experiment group patients,while the control group patients were just used usual nursing and therapy.The value of anxiety and depression,sleep quality were evaluated between them.Results The value of anxiety and depression of experiment group patients was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜0.05) .In addition,sleep quality was obviously improved in experiment group patients.Conclusions Relaxation training is an effective nursing intervention to cure sudden deafness patients.
