| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素-17(IL-17)是近年来新发现的Th17细胞分泌的致炎细胞因子,在机体炎症及自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用.该文从IL-17及其受体的结构和编码基因、生物学功能、与肾脏疾病的关系等方面进行综述.进一步研究IL-17在肾脏疾病中的作用,将有助于探讨其发病机制,寻找新的治疗靶点.

| Abstract: | Interleukin 17(IL-17) is a novel member of potent proinflammatory cytokines secreted by Th17 cell subset. It plays an important role in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases due to its specific biological functions. This paper reviews the structure and coding gene, biological functions of IL-17, and association with kidney diseases as well. Further studies on the role of IL-17 in kidney diseases will help the understanding about their pathogenesis as well as the search for new treatment targets to these diseases. |
