| 摘 要： | 采用固相放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）检测８８例产妇血清乙型肝炎标志物（ＨＢＶ－Ｍ）阳性的初乳，其中ＨＢＶ－Ｍ（＋）者２０例，阳性检出率为２２．７３％，表明血清ＨＢＶ－Ｍ（＋）产妇乳汁中存在ＨＢＶ－Ｍ，且大三阳者排毒率最高，达３０．７７％。同时对初乳ＨＢＶ－Ｍ（＋）者２０例及ＨＢＶ－Ｍ（－）者２０例进行动态监测过渡乳及成熟乳，结果初乳ＨＢＶ－Ｍ（－）者过渡乳和成熟乳ＨＢＶ－Ｍ可为阳性，说明动态观察乳汁中ＨＢＶ－Ｍ很有必要。

| Abstract: | 88 samples of colostrum with positive serological Hepatitis B Virus Marker(HBV M) were detected for HBV M by solid phase radioimmunoassay. 20 cases showed HBV M( ), the positive rate was 22.73%. The positive rate of HBV M in the colostrum with positive serological HBs antigen, HBe antigen and HBc antibody, 30.77%, is the highest. It demonstrates that HBV M exists in the colostrum with positive serological HBV M. The transitive milk and mature milk of 20 cases of HBV M( ) mothers and 20 cases of HBV M(-) mothers in the colostrum were detected. And found that the transitive milk and mature milk of some cases with HBV M(-) colostrum were positive for HBV M. It demonstrates that it is necessary to developmentally survey HBV M in the milk. |
