| 摘 要： | 枝城市在创建一级甲等妇幼保健院过程中，狠抓了行政管理、保健工作、积极创建爱婴医院、加强科研，强化了全院职工的达标意识，严格掌握标准，完善了科室建设和硬件设施，加强“三基”培训。经过全院职工的积极努力，使院内管理、精神文明建设、服务功能与质量、科室设置、基础设备、院容院貌都有了长足的发展。
