因地制宜 努力探索多种形式的母子保健保偿制度

在社会主义市场经济体制下，如何根据本地的实际情况，巩固、完善和发展母子保健保偿制度，是当前亟待解决的问题。江西省抚州地区在推行母子保健保偿责任制方面主要采取３种模式：“一体化”系列保健保偿模式；母子“一条龙”系统保健保偿模式；母儿“九病”保健保偿模式。成效：合理解决了保健人员报酬，进一步稳定了基层妇幼卫生队伍，高危孕产妇得到及时保健，提高了妇幼保健服务质量，为计划生育工作的开展创造了有力条件。
