| Abstract: | This article deals with the siguificance of medical malpractice crime included in the newly revised criminal Law, and the requisites to constitute this kind of crime. The author hopes that medical personnel will adopt a correct attitude towards the provision in the law regarding medical malpractice crime, overcome a passive attitude towards the law, and improve the level of medical service. |
