胃癌中细胞周期调控因子D1、E的表达及其意义

目的 探讨细胞周期调控因子（cyclyin D1、cyclyinE）在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法 用免疫组化检测胃癌、不典型增生及正常胃黏膜中cyclyin D1、cyclyinE的表达状况。结果 cyclyin D1在同病变组织中的表达率：进展期胃癌65．00％（26／40）、早期胃癌60．00％（12／20）、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期不典型增生45．00％（9／20）差异正常胃黏膜组织15．00％（3／20）。而cyclyinE的表达率分别为：进展期胃癌60．00％（24／40）、早期胃癌55．00％（11／20）、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期不典型增生35.00％（7／20）及正常胃粘膜组织20．00％（4／20）。胃癌和胃黏膜不典型增生组织的cyclyin D1、cyclyinE的表达与正常胃黏膜组织相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01及P〈0．05）；cyclyinD1在胃癌中的表达与分化及TNM分型无关，而cyclyinE与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及肿瘤分期相关。结论 细胞周期调控因子cyclyinD1、cyclyinE的过度表达与胃黏膜上皮组织的过度增生及胃癌的发生有密切关系．检测cyclyinE作为胃癌的进展程度的一个指标。

Expression and signifiacnce of cyclin D1,Cycline E In gastric carcinomas

Objective] To investigate the expression and its significance of cyclinD1, cyclinE in gastric carcinomas. Method] The expression of cyclin D1, cyclin E in tissues of gastric carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and normal gastric mucosae were detected by immunohistochemical method. Result] The positive expressive rate of cyclin D1 was 65.00% in advanced gastric carinoma, 60.00% in early carcinoma, 45.00% in atypical hyperplasia and 15.00% in normal mucosae. The positive expressive rate of cyclin E was 60.00% in advanced gastric carcinoma, 55.00% in early carcinoma, 35.00% in atypical hyperplasia and 20.00% in normal mucosae. The positive rate of cyclinD1and cyclinE expression in gastric carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia showed a significant difference from normal mucosae (P <0.01 and P <0.05). The expression of cyclinE was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, infiltration and stage. Conclusion] Overexpression of cyclin D1, cyclinE is closely associated with hyperplasia of gastric mucosae epithelium and gastric carcinomas, detection of cyclinE Expression in gastric carcinoma is a marker for determining tumor progression.
