| 摘 要： | 心脏再同步化（CRT）已成为目前起搏器治疗研究的热点，心室的再同步化使心力衰竭病人心脏的收缩和舒张功能改善，心房的再同步化使房性心律失常的控制成为可能，心房功能得到改善，心室和心房的再同步化均能使患者在长期的起搏器治疗中获益，结合国内外文献对起搏位点优化促进心脏再同步化，改善心功能问题的研究近况、部分机制、方法及适应症作一综述。

| Abstract: | Objective CRT(Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy)is the hottest problem in the pacing therapy.CRT of the ventricular can improve the systolic and diastolic function,which are CHF.CRT of the atrial can control the atrial arrhythmic,and the function of the atrial will be improved.All the patients will get benefits from the CRT in long term.This article reviews the condition of research,some mechanism,ways and means,and clinical indications about optimized pacing site on CRT and the improvement of heart function. |
