血必净注射液辅助治疗严重多发伤患者的疗效观察

目的探讨中药血必净注射液对严重多发伤患者凝血功能障碍的疗效及多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）防治的作用。方法严重多发伤患者83例随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组41例患者给予常规综合治疗，治疗组42例患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液，在治疗前及治疗后1、3、7天两组患者检测的血小板计数（PLT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平变化，统计两组的MODS发病率与病死率。结果治疗7天后，治疗组患者凝血功能障碍明显好转，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组患者MODS发病率（16．67％）明显低于对照组（36．59％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组病死率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血必净注射液对严重创伤患者的凝血功能有保护作用，可显著降低严重多发伤患者MODS的发病率。

Influence of Xuebijing injection on blood coagulation in serious multiple trauma patients

Objective To investigate the influence of Xuebijing injection on blood coagulation and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after multiple trauma. Methods 83 patients with serious trauma were randomly divided into two groups. 41 cases in control group were treated with routine combined therapy. 42 cases in treatment group were treated with Xuebijing injection in addition to routine treatment. PT, APTT, D-dimer, FIB and PLT were detected in the patients of two groups before treatment, one, three and seven days after treatment respectively. The morbidity and mortality of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） between the tow groups were statistically analyzed. Results The symptom of coagulation disorders was decreased in patients of treatment group. There was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 01）. The morbidity rate of MODS in treatment group （16. 67%） was lower than control group （36. 59%）, and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a protective effect on blood coagulation in multiple trauma patients, and can decrease morbidity rate of MODS.
