| 摘 要： | 目的与方法：利用体内微核试验方法，进行维生素Ｃ（ＶＣ）抗金属六价铬（Ｃｒ＾＋６）诱变作用的效果观察。结果：浓度在２．５％和５．０％的ＶＣ有明显的抗诱变能力，并呈剂量－－反应关系。结论：上述结果提示ＶＣ对Ｃｒ＾＋６有拮抗作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose and Methods: Using the micronucleus test in vivo, the effects of Vitamin C on the mutagenicity induced by chromium were studied. Results: the Vitamine C had obvious antimutagenic potentials at the concentration of 2.5% and 5.0%(P<0.05), and showed the dose effect relationship. Conclusion: results indicated that Vc could antagonize the matagenicity induced by chromium. |
