治疗腋臭的两种术式效果比较

目的评价剥离术与吸刮术治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法2000-05～2007-09收治的腋臭患者193例,其138例中采用剥离术治疗,55例在肿胀麻醉下行吸刮术;对2组手术治疗的效果与并发症情况进行回顾性分析并做比较。结果经术后3￣6个月的随访,2组治愈率分别为92.8%和85.5%,无统计学意义上的差别(P>0.05),有效率均达到100%。剥离术后1个月内近期并发症发生率为24.64%,高于吸刮组7.27%(P<0.05),且3个月后远期切口线亦相对较明显。结论剥离术与吸刮术均为治疗腋臭的有效方法,相对而言剥离术对异味的祛除可能更彻底。考虑到并发症及术后美观的原因,对局部异味不严重的患者,吸刮术更适合。

Clinical analysis on treatment of axillary bromhidrosis with 2 operative methods in 193 cases

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacies of axillary bromhidrosis using stripping and curettage method. Methods From May 2000 to Sep. 2007 193 patients with axillary bromhidrosis were admitted to author＇s department, out of them 138 eases were treated by using deeollement, curettage under the condition of vacuum suction was employed in the other eases. Clinical effects and complications were analyzed and compared between 2 groups. Results The cure rate of decollement and curettage group was 92.8% and 87.4% respectively, showing without statistical difference（x^2=2.48, P〉 0.05）, the effective rate happened 100% in both groups. Complications of stripping group took place in 24.64% and showed higher than curettage group （7.27%） at one month afteroperation （X^2=6.44, P〈0.05）; obvious incisal track in stripping group were relatively after more than 3months of followed-up. Conclusion This two methods are both excellent in axillary bromhidrosis management, and decollement seems more effective relatively. However, stripping methods perhaps is more suitable to non-serious cases when considering complications and aesthetic results.
