| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟解郁醒脑汤治疗中风后抑郁症效果。方法：我院中风后抑郁症患者随机分为两组,观察组服用自拟解郁醒脑汤,对照组患者采用西药治疗,对效果进行观察。结果：观察组总有效率96.43%,对照组总有效率75%,两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟解郁醒脑汤治疗中风后抑郁症疗效确切,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating depression after stroke with the Jieyu Xingnao decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the Jieyu Xingnao decoction in treating depression after stroke.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with the Jieyu Xingnao decoction,the control group were treated in western medicine,the effects were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43% and was 75% of the control group,two groups of comparisons with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Jieyu Xingnao decoction was effective in treating depression after stroke,worthy of clinical application. |
