小儿病毒性心肌炎机体免疫状况的相关性研究

目的:探讨病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞的免疫状态,不仅有助于诊断和治疗,也为了研究其发病机制。方法:对56例病毒性心肌炎患儿急性期和恢复期IFN-γ,T淋巴细胞亚群,补体C3水平进行了监测。结果:急性期患儿血清IFN-γ水平增高,CD3、CD4、CD8淋巴细胞亚群水平降低,CD4/CD8比值降低,补体C3水平明显降低。恢复期血清IFN-γ增高水平降低,CD3、CD4、CD8淋巴细胞亚群,CD4/CD8比值,补体C3水平趋于正常。结论:病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿中不但有细胞免疫和体液免疫在病程中起作用,补体系统也起到了重要的机体保护作用。

Research on body immunity function of children with viral myocarditis

Objective:To explore the state of immune function in child with viral myocarditis,to provide helpness for diagnosis,therapy and study of the disease mechanism.Methods:Levels of IFN-γ,T-lymphocyte subsets and C3 were observed in 56 children with viral myocarditis during acute stage and convalescent period.Results:During acute stage,the level of IFN-γ increased,while the levels of CD3,CD4,CD8 lymphocyte decreased,CD4/CD8 ratio decreased,the level of C3 decreased.During convalescent period,the level of IFN-γ decreased,the level of CD3,CD4,CD8 lymphocyte,CD4/CD8 ratio,C3 level returned to normal.Conclusion:In children with viral myocarditis,not only cellular immune and humoral immune,but also the complement system all had an important role in body protection.
