提高眼科临床见习质量的探索

由一例青光眼误诊病例出发,结合多年眼科临床见习带教经验,分析当前眼科临床见习教学的特点以及所面临的问题,如眼科疾病本身的因素、学生面临＂考研＂及＂择业＂压力而忽视见习,教师忽视教学等因素,结合自身的教学实践,提出提高眼科见习教学质量的对策和建议。即加强教师队伍的建设,激发学生的学习兴趣,实施PBL教学方法,正确引导学生高质量地完成过渡时期的学习及从学生向医生的角色转变。

Exploration of Improving Clinical Noviciate Quality of Ophthalmology

To analyze the characteristics of ophthalmology clinical noviciate teaching and the problems such as eye disease itself,students are faced with the pressure of "take part in the postgraduate entrance exams" and "Choosing an occupation" to neglect noviciate,and teachers neglect teaching combined with years of ophthalmology clinical noviciate teaching experience through a glaucoma misdiagnosed cases.To combine with their own teaching practice,and propose strategies and recommendations to improve the quality of ophthalmology clinical noviciate teaching.We should strengthen the building of the teachers’ team,stimulate students’ interest,implement PBL teaching methods,correctly guide students of study of the transition period and change the role from the students to doctors.
