| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨闭合性胫腓骨骨折的保守治疗。方法:对18例闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者采用跟骨牵引结合夹板外固定治疗。结果:随访3～12个月,优良率94.4%。结论:跟骨牵引结合夹板外固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the conservative treatment of closed tibia and fibula fracture.Methods:18 cases were treated by calcaneal traction plus external fixation.Results:Follow-up 3 to 12 months,excellent rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:Calcaneal traction plus external fixation was effective in treating tibia and fibula fracture. |
