黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效初探

目的:观察并探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果。方法:选取我院2008年1月～2010年10月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者126例,随机分为两组,其中对照组65例,采用控制饮食,注射胰岛素及及维生素B1、B12口服等常规治疗;实验组61例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗;疗程4周,治疗结束后评价临床效果。结果:对照组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组与实验组患者治疗后血浆粘度、血小板聚集度与治疗前比较均明显下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);同时实验组患者治疗后血浆粘度、血小板聚集度明显低于对照组,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组与实验组患者治疗后胫神经、腓总神经及腓肠神经传导速度与治疗前比较均明显增加,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);同时实验组患者治疗后胫神经、腓总神经及腓肠神经传导速度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果确切,能够有效缓解临床症状,降低血液粘稠度,改善神经功能,具有临床推广使用价值。

Efficacy of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decoction

Objective: To observe and investigate the clinical effects of the astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: I admitted to hospital in January 2008～2010 October,126 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,of which 65 cases in the control group,control diet,insulin injections and vitamin B1,B12 and oral and other conventional treatment;experimental group,61 cases of treatment on the basis of the control group,treated with the astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decocion;course of four weeks after the end of treatment to evaluate the clinical effect.Results: The patients of the control group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than the difference between groups was statistic significantly(P<0.05);the control group and experimental group patients the plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation degree and pre-treatment were significantly decreased,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group patients,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group and experimental group patients,the tibial nerve,peroneal nerve and sural nerve conduction velocity before treatment were significantly increased,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group patients with posterior tibial nerve peroneal nerve and sural nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher,the difference between groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The exact effect of the astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can effectively relieve symptoms,reduce blood viscosity,improve neurological function,with the value of clinical use.
