| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨HLA-DQA1＊0201等位基因与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者的相关性。方法：采用聚全酶链反应（polymerase chain reaction,PCR）检测64例寻常型银屑病者及63名健康对照的HLA-DQA1＊0201基因型，记录此等位基因的分布情况。结果：HLA-DQA1＊0201与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者具有明显的相关性。HLA-DQA1＊0201在有家族史及无家族史患者中分布差异无显著性。结论：HLA-DQA1＊0201等位基因与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the association between HLA- DQA1*0201 and psoriasis vulgaris in Baotou Hans.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was used to analyze the frequency of HLA-DQA1*0201 among 64 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 63 healthy persons. Results:HLA-DQA1*0201 was markedly correlated to psoriasis vulgaris.There is no difference in distribution between patients with positive and negative family history.Conclusion: HLA-DQA1*0201 is associated with psoriasis vulgaris in Baotou Hans. |
