| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨NP方案和TP方案对初治的晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和不良反应.方法 80例晚期NSCLC患者随机分成NP组和TP组,入组的每例患者均接受至少2个周期以上同方案的化疗,比较两组不同化疗方案的近期疗效和不良反应.结果 NP和TP两组近期疗效的有效率分别为42.5%和55.0%,两组资料差异无统计学意义.不良反应方面,两组以骨髓抑制和消化道反应为主,均在可耐受的范围内,NP组静脉炎发生率较高.结论 NP和TP两种化疗方案对晚期NSCLC均有较好的临床疗效,化疗不良反应虽有所不同,但可耐受.因此NP和TP两种化疗方案均可作为晚期NSCLC的一线治疗方案,但TP方案在疗效和不良反应方面更有优势.
