《精神科护理学》教学模式探讨

摘    要:目的探讨适合护理学专业本科生《精神科护理学》课程的教学模式。方法对5年来《精神科护理学》的教学实践进行总结分析。结果现阶段《精神科护理学》的教学中,在课程设置、课程内容安排、学时分配等方面存在一些不利于学科发展和影响教学效果以及教学质量的问题。结论应对现阶段《精神科护理学》教学模式进行改革,重点是增加教学时数,以40学时左右为宜,采取多样化的教学方法,提高学生对精神医学和精神科护理学的感性认识和学习兴趣,全面提高教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore teaching mode of Psychiatric Nursing to meet the need of undergraduates major in nursing.Methods The authors summarized and analyzed the teaching practice of Psychiatric Nursing for the past five years.Results There were some problems existing in curriculum,content and time allocation which were harmful for the development of discipline and influenced the teaching effect and teaching quality.Conclusion It is necessary to reform the current teaching mode of Psychiatric Nursing and the keys of reform lie in increasing teaching hours.40 teaching hours are proper and diversity teaching methods should be taken in order to improve their perceptual cognition and interests in Psychiatric Nursing and promote the teaching quality completely.
