| 摘 要： | 应用苯那普利对鼠单侧输尿管梗阻（ＵＵＯ）的肾间质炎性细胞浸润的作用进行观察。结果显示：ＵＵＯ后第５ｄ，苯那普利治疗组鼠肾间质的相对体积及浸润炎性细胞数明显低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）；ＵＵＯ后第１０ｄ，两组差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）。表明苯那普利对ＵＵＯ早期肾间质性上有防治作用。

| Abstract: | Effect of benazepril on renal interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO). The results showed that the relative volume of interstitium and number of infiltrating inflammatory cell on the fifth day were significantly less in rats with benazepril than the control group, but the difference between two groups lose significance on the tenth day. These data indicate that benazepril can ameliorate early phase of renal interstitial inflammation in UUO. |
