| Abstract: | The development of nursing management system in Haici Medical Group mainly focuses on the determination of management structure and level, staffing, division of functions and responsibilities. To intensity quality control of nursing, a quality control model that the third quality control is the base, the second quality control is the center and the first quality control is the supervision was developed and good achievements were obtained. |
