| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆囊结石及胆囊癌的发病机会与ABO血型分布有无关联。方法 分析600例胆囊结石和57例胆囊癌病人的ABO血型分布情况,并与2363例自然人群的血型分布做对比研究。结果本组胆囊结石病人的ABO血型分布与对照组相比无显著性差异（P>0.05）,而胆囊多发性结石较多发生于A血型病人（P<0.05）;与对照组相比,A型血者患胆囊癌的机会明显增加（P<0.05）。结论 胆囊癌的发病机会与A血型有明显关联,而胆囊结石的发病机会与ABO血型无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate whether ABO blood group in patients with gallstone and carcinoma of gallbladder differs from that in general population. Methods ABO blood group among 600 pationts with gallstone and 57 pationts with carcinoma of gallbladder had been studied and compared with that of 2363 normal subjects. Results Compared with control group, frequencies blood group A, B, 0 and AB in patients with gallstone were not significant ( P > 0.05), the multiple gallstone was more common in patients with blood group A than in patients with others ( P < 0.05). The frequency of blood group A in patients with gallbladder cancer was increased significantly compared with control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusions Gallstone is not associated with any blood group but patients with blood type A are prone to develop carcinoma of gallbladder. |
