摘    要:贯彻执行《食品卫生法》以来的11年间,某地区共发生食物中毒102起,中毒者3337人,其中以细菌性食物中毒为主,起数占61.77%,人数占81.93%,常年发病多集中在夏秋季节,农村高于城市,特别是经济发展较快的铁路和公路沿线区域,发病比较多,动物性食品是引起中毒的主要食品,毒蕈和农药是中毒残废的重要原因,针对该地区食物中毒特别提出了相应的预防对策。

Abstract:During the period of 11 -year executing"Food Sanitary Regulations" there were 102 occations of food poisoning,affecting 3337 persons,of which bacterial food poisoning was the main causes (63.01 occations ,i. e. 61. 77%)and 2734 persons (2734/3337.81. 93%)were sufferred. The annual onset of the disease was focussed in summer and autumn. rural areas being more than cities,especially along the rahidly economic developing lines of railways and highways. The main food causing poisoning was animal origin and the cause of death was toadstool and pesticides. Facing the characteristics of food poisoning in the area preventive measures are suggeoted.
