| 摘 要： | 目的检测５１例急性脑血管病（ＡＣＶＤ）患者外周血可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。方法 采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗夹心法。结果 发现ＡＣＶＤ患者外周血可溶性细胞介素２受体水平升高。结论 提示ＡＣＶＤ患者存在免疫异常，临床上对ＡＣＶＤ患者应予以免疫增强剂。

| Abstract: | Objictive To detect soluble leucocyte intercellular 2 receptor (SIL-2R) level in serum from 51 cases with ACVD. Methods The Sandwich-ELISA methods was used detection serum samples of patients with ACVD. Results The results showed that SIL-2R level in sarum of ACVD cases has gone up. Conclusion ACVD patients presented abnormal immunoreaction and should be treated by immunopotentiator. |
