心理干预配合辨证论治对晚期肺癌患者生存质量的影响

[目的]评价心理干预配合辨证论治对晚期肺癌患者生存质量的影响.[方法]50例晚期肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(辨证治疗加心理干预)和对照组(辨证治疗组).癌症治疗功能评价系统用于评价治疗前后的生存质量.[结果]对照组治疗后在功能状况、肺部症状、社会家庭和医患关系各维度积分没有明显变化,而在情感状况、生理机能和总健康评分方面有明显减少.治疗组除肺部症状和生理机能没有明显改变外,其他各维度积分均有明显增加.[结论]辨证治疗加心理干预可以更好地维持或提高患者的生存质量.

The Effect of Psychotherapy Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine on Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

[Purpose]To investigate the effect of psychotherapy com bined traditional Chinesem edicine(TCM ) on quality of life (QOL) in patients with advanced lung cancer.[Methods]Fiftycases with advanced lung cancer were random ly divided into controlgroup(treated by TCM ) andtreatm ent group (treated by TCM com bined psychotherapy).Functional Assessm ent of CancerTherapy-lung cancer (FACT-L) was used to assess the QOL ofthe patients in each group beforeand after treatm ent.[Results]The grade of dim ensionality such as functional well-being,lungsym ptom s,social/fam ily well-being and doctor-patients relationship was unchanged,while the gradeofem otionalwell-being,physiologicalfunction,and score ofgeneral health significantly decreasedin control group.The grade of all other aspects increased except physiological function and lungsym ptom s in treatm ent group.[Conclusions]Psychotherapy com bined TCM can significantlyim prove orm aintain the QOL in advanced cancerpatients.
