| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同浓度含碘中药对甲亢大鼠模型甲状腺组织细胞黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1 mRNA表达的影响。方法:制作大鼠甲状腺机能亢进模型,灌服不同浓度含碘中药复方及其他对照药物进行治疗,然后RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠甲状腺组织ICAM-1、VCAM-1 mRNA水平。结果:含碘较低的中药复方较之含碘高的中药复方在减少ICAM-1及VCAM-1 mRNA表达上具有显著性的差异。结论:小剂量含碘中药复方对实验性甲亢大鼠具有抑制其甲状腺细胞黏附分子表达,保护甲状腺细胞的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of Chinese medicinal containing different concentration of iodine(I) on the gene expression of adhesive molecule(ICAM-1 and VCAM-1) on the model of hiperthyreosis in rats.Methods:After the model of hiperthyreosis was made,each group of rats was treated with Chinese medicinal containing different concentration of iodine and other drugs separately.And then the gene expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were analysed by RT-PCR.Results:The difference of the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 between the Chinese medicinal containing lower concentration iodine and higher concentration iodine was significant(P<0.01).Conclution: The Chinese medicinal containing lower concentration iodine could check the expression of adhesive molucule and protect thyroid gland cells of the model of hiperthyreosis in rats. |
