| 摘 要： | 目的:观察LASIK术前对视网膜变性或伴裂孔等进行预防性光凝治疗的疗效。方法:LASIK术前散瞳三面镜检查,对明确有视网膜变性或伴裂孔等86例116眼进行视网膜光凝治疗。结果:视网膜光凝后,视网膜变性及裂孔封闭良好,色素斑形成明显。LASIK术后经6～12mo随访,未发生视网膜脱离。结论:LASIK术前对有明确视网膜变性或伴裂孔等进行预防性视网膜光凝治疗,可以预防术后视网膜脱离的发生。

| Abstract: | AIM:To obverse the efficacy of preventive photocoagulation treatment of retinal degeneration and tear before laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).·METHODS: Three-mirror contact lens mydriasis tests were performed to diagnose those with retinal degeneration and tear before LASIK. 116 eyes of 86 cases undertook retinal photocoagulation.·RESULTS: Retinal degeneration and tear area was sealed off well,photocoagulation spot pigment formed obviously after retinal photocogulation. There was no postoperative detachment during the follow-up time for 6-12 months after LASIK.·CONCLUSION: Preventive photocagulation treatment on retinal degenaration and tear before LASIK can prevent postoperative detachment. |
