皮康冲剂制备工艺对成分含量的影响

摘    要:对不同制备工艺皮康冲剂中的盐酸小檗碱及黄芩甙含量,应用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定比较。结果表明:黄连单独处理,于制粒前加入黄芩等药煎煮的稠膏中制得的冲剂,盐酸小檗碱及黄芩甙含量为最高,分别为6.79%,5.30%;而黄芩、黄连等药合煎制得的皮康冲剂,盐酸小檗碱及黄芩甙含量为最低,分别为0.49%,3.19%。为皮康冲剂制备工艺优选提供了依据。

Abstract:The contents of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in different processed products of Pi Kang Granules are determined by RP HPLC. The results indicated that the contents of berberine hydrochlorid and baicalin in the granules are the highest when coptis is broken to pieces alone and then added to thick extract of baicalensis before granuline berberine hydrochloride and baicalin are 6.79%, 5.30% respectively. When coptis, Baicalensis aredecocted together, the contents of berberine hydrochlorid and baicaline are thelowest, only 0.49 and 3.19 respectively.
