| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨吻合器技术在直肠癌低位前切除术中的应用价值。方法：1998年1月至2001年12月对68例直肠癌低位前切除使用管形吻合器进行了回顾性分析。结果：全部患者吻合基本满意，其中中低位直肠癌占82％，术后病理切缘均阴性，无手术死亡，术后并发症少。结论：采用荷包钳加管形吻合器吻合较双吻合器吻合操作更方便，安全，经济，吻合效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of stapling techniques in lower anterior resection for carcinoma of rectum.Methods:68 cases of rectal cancer treated by lower anterior resection with stapler from Jan.1998 to Dec.2001 were reviewed.Results:All the anastomosis were essentially satisfied.There were 82% of rectal cancer in the mid or low level.All the resection margins were negative,according to the postoperative pathology.There was no operative mortality and a low morbidity.Conclusion:Anastomosing by purse string forceps plus tubular stapler for lower anterior resection in rectal cancer seems feasible,safe,economical and satisfactory. |
