西宁市部分老年人群健康饮水知识的KAP调查

目的为了解西宁市老年人群健康饮水行为及知识的认知情况。方法对前来医院就诊的120名已退休的老年人采用自行设计的知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)问卷进行调查。结果调查对象健康饮水K、A、P得分及格率分别为55.00%、71.67%和38.33%;总分及格率为58.33%。影响总分、K分和P分的主要是学历和年龄;影响A分的主要是性别。知识来源途径主要是书报杂志及广播电视等大众传媒。结论老年人群健康饮水知识欠缺,拥有健康饮水行为的比例较低,但对健康饮水的态度普遍较好,需求较高;应加强相关的健康教育,提高老年人群多方面的自我保健能力。

KAP Survey on healthy Drinking Water of the old people in XiNing

Objective TO know the knowledge,attitude and behaviors of healthy drinking-water of the old people in Xning city.Methods 320 retired people were investigated by KAP questionnaires of the healthy drinking-water in hospital.Results The score pass percentage of the knowledge,attitudes and behaviors were 55.00 %、71.67 % and 38.33 % respectively.The total score pass percentage was 58.33 %.The main affecting factors of the total score,knowledge and behaviors were age and the record of formal schooling,but for attitudes was gender.The old people get most of their knowledge of healthy drinking-water mainly from the masses medium.Conclusion The rate of the knowledge or behaviors of healthy drinking water of the old people was lower,but the attitude was higher.Health education should be strengthened in order to increase their many-sided self-health ability.
