| 摘 要： | 素质教育是现代教育发展的趋势,创新能力的培养在其中居于关键的位置。笔者就肝胆外科临床教学过程中如何通过提高学生的学习主动性,培养创新性思维能力,创造和谐的教学环境,采用适当的新型教学方法和手段提高教学水平,培养学生创新能力谈了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education is the development trend of modern education,in which cultivation of innovative ability is very crucial.Based on our clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery,the paper discusses how to improve students' learning initiative,cultivate their innovative thinking,create a harmonious teaching environment,adopt proper new method and means of teaching to improve teaching level and strengthen students' innovative ability. |
