| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定宁嗽露（糖浆剂）中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸液（9∶91）,检测波长为207nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱线性范围为1.026～102.6μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为99.02%（RSD=1.12%）。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定宁嗽露（糖浆剂）中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu （syrup） by HPLC. METHODS The stationary phase was Diamonsil C 18 column and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（9 ： 91）, and the wavelength was set at 207 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ephedrine hydrochlorid was 1.026-102.6 μg·mL^-1 （r =0.999 8） with an average recovery rate was 99.02% （RSD=1.12%）. CONCLUSIONS The method was simple, accurate and reproduciable, and it can be applied to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu（syrup）. |
