| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 1980 - 1993年中山市肺癌患者生存情况及其影响因素 ,为肺癌防治提供科学依据。方法 :对 1980 - 1993年中山市肿瘤登记资料中肺癌患者的生存情况及其影响因素进行分析。结果 :患者年龄、确诊依据、确诊时间、确诊单位及治疗方式是影响肺癌患者生存率的因素 ,其中经病理诊断、手术治疗及省级医院确诊的肺癌患者生存率相对较高。结论 :提高肺癌患者生存率的关键在于早期诊断、病理确诊与尽可能手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore survival status of lung cancer patients and its related factors in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province from 1980 to 1993 in order to provide scientific data for lung cancer prevention and treatment.Methods The survival rate of lung cancer patients, whose data came from the Zhongshan Cancer Registry from 1980 to 1993,and its related factors were analyzed.Results Ages of the patients,the times,places and means of their diagnosis,and their treatment methods were factors which affected the survival rate of lung cancer patients.The lung cancer patients diagnosed by pathology,in provincial hospitals and those who had operations had a higher survival rate.Conclusions The keys to increase the survival rate of lung cancer were early diagnosis,pathological confirmation and surgical treatment.
