| 摘 要： | 目的 建立单纯腰椎间盘摘除术后正常体温变化曲线，以便及时发现体温异常，及时查找原因。方法 测量47例单纯腰椎间盘摘除而无并发症的患者术后1周内体温变化，通过统计学处理，建立正常的体温变化曲线。结果 获得术后1周内各测量点体温变化95％可信区间，并建立折线图。结论 体温变化曲线非常直观的特点使护理人员能方便、快捷地应用，展示了其应用前景；体温变化曲线的重要提示和监测作用使护理人员日常体温测量工作更加有意义，

| Abstract: | Objective To establish common body temperature(BT) variation curve of patients with simple lumber disc excision so as to find abnormal temperature and its causes in good time.Methods The sample was 47 cases of patients with simple lumber disc excision without complication.Their BT changes were measured at one week after surgery.Through statistical analysis,the normal BT variation curve was established.Results The 95% confidence interval of every measure point in one week after surgery was obtained.The polygram was established.Conclusion The characteristic of BT curve is direct and convenient.It is easy to be used by nursing staff.Its application is perspective.The function of cue and monitoring would make daily measurement more significant for nursing staff. |
