| 摘 要： | 目的:分析硬膜外血肿合并脑疝的CT表现,探讨CT对其诊断价值。方法:应用斜坡垂线扫描法,对52例硬膜外血肿患者合并脑疝情况进行检查。结果:26例显示脑疝,CT表现为环池失去正常结构或小脑幕内侧环池内软组织密度影。颞叶疝至幕下3 mm以内者3例,3~7 mm者6例,7 mm以上者11例,相应血肿体积分别为31.3~34.5 ml、32.4~42.3 ml和40.5~69.2 ml。结论:血肿的体积和部位与疝入程度有关系,应用斜坡垂线CT扫描法能对硬膜外血肿合并脑疝作出准确诊断。
