| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜行胆总管切开取石术(LCTDO)的可行性。方法:30例胆管结石患者全部采用腹腔镜下配合纤维胆道镜行胆管切开取石术,20例放置“T”管,10例未置“T”管。结果:29例患者术后恢复顺利,1例未放置“T”管患者有少许胆漏,经引流后痊愈。结论:双镜联合行胆管取石方法可行,只要掌握手术适应证,将是一种创伤小、恢复快、安全有效的新技术,而是否放置“T”管可根据术中情况决定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholangiolithiasis.Methods:All the patients initially underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Then in 20 cases of choledocholithiasis laparoscopic choledochotomy and T tube drainage(LCTD) was performed,and the other 10 patients submitted to laparoscopic choledochotomies with primary closure of the common bile duct.Results:The laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE) was performed successfully in all the cases.Bile leakage occured in 1 case.Conclusions:The LCBDE is a good method in the treatment of cholangiolithiasis. |
