| 摘 要： | 用平衡法放射性核素心室造影（ＥＲＮＶ）测定了１６例正常人，６０例冠心病人，并以心电图和９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ心肌灌注断层显象结果为标准分析比较了Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ影象和电影显示对左心室局部室壁运动异常估价的诊断效能。结果表明：冠心病无心肌梗塞组（ＣＡＤ－ＮＭＩ）Ｆｏｕｔｒｉｅｒ影象的灵敏度和准确性分别为８１％、８６％，高于电影显示４６．８％和５５％；而特异性８３％，低于电影显示８９％。心肌梗塞组（ＣＡＯ—ＭＩ）两者的诊断效能大致相同。Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ影象估价左心室局部室壁运动异常比电影显示更有价值。

| Abstract: | Equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography(ERNV)was performed in 16 normalsand 60 patients with coronary artcry disease. The efficacy of cine dispay and Fourier analysis ofERNV for detecting left ventricular regionaI wall motion abnormality(RWMA)was comparedwith exercising ECG and SPECT 99一mTc一MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging as the goldstandard. Our result suggests that Fourier images provided higher sensitivity (Fourier 81%, cine46.8%), higher accuracy(Fourier 86%, cine 55%)and lower specificity(Fourier 83%, cine89%)for assessing CAD一NMI. The sensitivity,spectificity and accuracy of Fourier and cine dis-play for evaIuating CAD一MI was approximately the same. Foturier images were more valuablefor detecting CAD than cine display. |
